Spicy Ginger Chicken |
Shallow fry the chicken in half cup oil, add termeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, mix it untill release the water from chicken,cook it in the low flame, add tomato, ginger garlic paste,green chillies, salt according to taste. Cook for 25 minutes in low flame. Serve it bread or rice. |

Fish curry |
Shallow fry the fish keep separate after shallow fried, put oil & heat for sometime, add garlic ginger paste, green chilli paste according to taste, salt, turmeric powder, tomato mix all until release the water gravy texture will come then add the fry fish pieces. Cook for 20 minutes ready to serve with rice |
